TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE NEW AFFILIATE

Anahera belongs to the AnaHera Co. Ltd - 128/10 Village 1, Baan Tai Road - Ko Phangan - Surattani - Thailand, now called "AnaHera".

AS A NEW AFFILIATE OF AnaHera I READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT:

1. I am aged 18 years or older and I am acting in my own behalf as an individual.

2. There is no required minimum investment to join the Anahera Community. The registration will always be free for everybody, as well as the right to download all the free contents made availablle by the platform.

3. I have read AnaHera’s “Company Policies”. I agree to operate my business in accordance with these companies’ policies, procedures, and marketing plan. I understand that my acts or lack of action, which may result in a misuse, misrepresentation or violation of such policies and procedures, can cause the termination of my affiliateship by the company.

4. I am not an employee or legal representative of AnaHera for any purpose. I recognize that my remuneration is based on my content sharing performance, together with the eventual sale of pay products, while it is not based on the number of working hours worked or any other piece of chance. I am an independent affiliate.

5. I acknowledge that, after a reasonable notice, AnaHera may change, amend or modify this agreement and its policies, procedures and marketing plan to maintain a viable marketing system that comply with the legal requirements existing, together with any change in the economic condition. I shall operate my business in accordance with any such change, amendment or modification.

6. I understand that all purchase orders or services must be accompanied by cash or Bank transfers or credit payment made by the company.

7. I agree to properly represent the company products and its marketing plan. All forms of advertising including audio,visual tapes, printed material, places with related images that include Anahera logo, must be submitted and require the written approval of an authorized company, representative, prior to use.

8. This application shall constitute an agreement between AnaHera and I, as soon as this application has been got and approved by the AnaHera office.

9. I will never mount any promotion or sharing activity using the Anahera contents, without having attended the proper live or online training courses.

10. I MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME BY GIVING WRITTEN NOTICE OR VIA E-MAIL (info@anahera.info). I'm aware that being signed up for Anahera doesn't involve any cost and any obligation. On the contrary, it gives me the right to download and enjoy any product, vantaggio and free content available on the platform for now and forever. Therefore, by choosing to inactivate my account, I'm also aware that I will lose all the acquired rights, together with the whole possible income still present in my electronical wallet and not withdrawn yet: this income will not be accrued in the future any more.

11. I understand that AnaHera makes all its products and services available for me as an affiliate and it will recognize my promoting and sailing commitment, as provided for in the Marketing Plan that may be inspected on this link: https://youtu.be/8NCL_P0JyRk

12. As long as I am an affiliate and not in violation of this agreement, AnaHera shall pay me for my successful sales effort, in accordance with the various compensations established by the AnaHera Marketing Plan.

13. I agree that this is an agreement of personal nature and it cannot be nor assigned or transferred.

14. I understand that I am not allowed to use nor the Anahera internal communication system or my downline e-mail addresses for any communication not related to the self-growing activity and the Anahera sharing. Therefore, it is forbidden to send any spam messages or other messages that promote other products or services.

15. The payment of the accrued commissions will be made via PayPal after having got the “PayOut” request, thanks to the appropriate function located in the control panel. The transfer of funds will be madein within 30 days from the PayOut request.

16. I am committed not to persuade, in whatever form (message, Facebook, Whatsapp, phone callings and passsaparola), any user that has already subscribed to AnaHera in order to get them to sign up a second time under my team and leave their original one, thanks to which they got to know AnaHera in the first place. I understand that these behaviours are unethical and not aligned with the AnaHera Mission. I am also aware that if I ever act like this, AnaHera will be able to inactivate my account without warning and to block all the accrued commissions.

17. All the users can request a refund for their paid proportion within 7 days of payment by sending an e-mail to info@anahera.info. The refund will be made via Paypal within 7 days from the request. After being refunded, the user will keep on having access to both the free contents and training courses and those related to the previously bought package, even if it has been refunded.

18. All the disputes between the affiliate and Anahera that won't be solved in a friendly way, wshall be submitted to the competent bodies. Downline reports and all other reports and information, including, but not limited to, Downline sales organization information and commissions, are private, proprietary and confidential to AnaHera.

Every Independent Affiliate who is provided with such information must treat it as private and confidential and take care to maintain its secrecy and refrain from making any use thereof for any purpose other than the management of their Downline sales organization.

A Affiliate is prohibited from using, disclosing, duplicating or otherwise making any trade secret or Confidential Information available to anyone other than to AnaHera Affiliates. to protect against disclosure, misuse, misappropriation or any other action inconsistent with to AnaHera’s rights.
